Title examination is performed by independent examiners approved by our underwriters, who research the chain of ownership and identify liens, easements, judgments, and other matters of record affecting the property.
Centurion Title Partners LLC is an Atlanta-area title agency. We order title examinations from underwriter-approved examiners, review them, prepare title commitments, and work with closing attorneys to issue owner's and lender's title insurance policies.
Who we are
Centurion Title Partners was built by Ganek LLC, a real estate law firm serving Georgia for almost 50 years, and The Rezerve, an Atlanta luxury brokerage.
Title is the core of a real estate transaction. It’s all we do. Examinations are ordered from underwriter-approved examiners and carefully reviewed. We verify the requirements are satisfied, and we issue the policy. We are an issuing agent for Westcor, Fidelity National, Stewart, and Chicago Title.

Every examination is reviewed before it leaves our office. Exceptions are checked against the record, requirements are confirmed, and open questions are resolved rather than passed along.
We prepare title commitments that set out the requirements and exceptions clearly, so the parties to the transaction know what has to be cleared and what the policy will cover.
We work with closing attorneys to issue both lender's and owner's title insurance policies through our underwriters once the transaction is complete.
